Key features of the Mala GPS tracker for dogs
- Durability (IP68): The tracker can easily handle water, snow, and mud
- Compact size and low weight: The tracker weighs only 65g and can be easily attached to a collar, harness, or leash up to 4 cm wide - suitable for small, medium, and large dogs
- Easy to use: Intuitive controls that anyone can master in a few minutes
- Long battery life: Charging time approx. 3 hours; lasts for weeks to months depending on the mode
- Secure attachment: A sturdy vulcanized thermoplastic clip keeps the tracker secure even on the most mischievous and runaway dogs
- Integrated SIM + GSM/4G data transmission: Works throughout the EU, UK, Norway, and Iceland; automatically connects to the best available operator
- Advanced map data: Google Maps + Mapy.com Tracker contains detailed map data from Google Maps and Mapy.com, ensuring accurate orientation in the field
- Usage profiles for different scenarios: You can switch the usage profile (animal, person, bike, property) in the app at any time; the corresponding functions and settings are automatically activated according to the selected profile.
- Automatic motion detection: The tracker recognizes when the dog has gone for a walk or is moving and records the route and statistics.
- Czech product and support.
Available modes in the Pet profile
- Walk with route recording – the tracker records the entire route of the dog's movement, ideal for walks and long-term monitoring of its activity.
- Walk without route – an economy mode that does not continuously update the location, saving battery power and suitable when the dog is nearby or at home.
- Dog in the garden – economy mode for guarding the property; Mala will alert you if the dog jumps over the virtual fence, and you can quickly see where to go.
- Live mode – real-time tracking; the location is updated every 5 seconds, recommended when wandering or in case of loss.
- Turn off – recommended if you are not using the tracker for a long time (turn on using the charger). The tracker will go to sleep on its own if it is not moving, so there is no need to turn it off normally.
Overview anytime, anywhere
Mala is the ideal solution for owners of adventurous dogs – forget about worries of escape, unexpected visits to the shelter, or fines for capture. The mobile app gives you an instant overview of your dog's current location at any time. In addition to tracking your dog's location, you can also see how much your dog walks each day. The app displays routes travelled and walking statistics—ideal for monitoring recommended activity and long-term fitness.
