Available modes in the Personal Use profile
- Walk with route recording - records the entire route of a person's movement (position every 10 s, sending every 1 min); ideal for tracking children's routes, trips, routines.
- Child to school / safely - for regular journeys (e.g. school, clubs); when leaving or returning to the set zone (virtual fence) a notification is sent + the route is recorded.
- Skiing - optimised mode for active movement, e.g. during winter sports or trips; routes and positions are logged at a higher frequency for accurate tracking.
- Regular position reporting - the tracker sends the position at regular intervals (15 min, 1 h, 4 h, etc. ), regardless of movement or shocks; suitable for tracking with minimal battery consumption when you don't need a detailed route.
- Live mode - continuous monitoring: position is recorded and sent every 5 seconds, suitable for emergency situations, search or instant location tracking.
- Disable - completely disable the tracker; suitable if you do not use the device for a long period of time. After 10 minutes from the request, it deactivates completely - restarting only via the charging pad. The tracker will put itself to sleep if it is not moving, so there is normally no need to turn it off.
Overview always and everywhere
Mala is the ideal solution for everyday situations - going to school, being outdoors, trips, sports or travelling alone. The mobile app lets you see the current location of a person at any time, whether you're at home, at work or on the go. The tracker automatically detects movement, so as soon as a person starts moving, you'll see location updates immediately. You can also easily view your route history - perfect for checking your route from school, a trip or your daily commute.
Virtual fences (Geofence):
For even more visibility and security, you can set up virtual fences in the app (e.g. home, school, club). As soon as the person leaves or enters the area, you will immediately receive an alert. Perfect overview without having to manually monitor anything.
