The ALFA Munro perform GTX W women's hiking shoe is designed for lighter hiking, day trips and active movement in varied terrain. The design combines a natural leather upper with a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane and a grippy Vibram sole. The black design is complemented by classic lacing and functional elements for year-round use.
Protection and materials of the upper ALFA Munro perform GTX W
The upper consists of high-quality leather, which provides natural resistance to mechanical wear and tear and external influences. The material is complemented by the GORE-TEX membrane, which provides permanent waterproofing and also allows effective wicking of body moisture, thus maintaining an optimal microclimate inside the shoe. Impregnated laces prevent water from soaking in, which helps keep the weight down even when wet.
Vibram traction and sole
Contact with the ground is mediated by the Vibram sole. The rubber compound and tread geometry are optimized for stability on a wide range of surfaces, including asphalt, gravel, rocky ground and wet grass. The design effectively absorbs shock and promotes a confident stride when walking on light to moderate terrain.
Internal ergonomics and fit
The inner compartment uses an absorbent insole that wicks away sweat and provides essential thermal insulation. The fit is casual and stable, while the rounded heel shape minimizes friction and reduces the risk of blisters. A loop in the back makes it easy to slip on.
