The Athler Lion 45 set replaces several dumbbells with different weights. It will allow you to build one-handed dumbbells, two-handed dumbbells, kettlebells and dumbbells connected by the neck. You can easily adjust their weight up to 40 kg, using weights of 1.25, 2.5 and 3 kg. Two sets of composite dumbbells with a connecting neck offer the possibility to place dumbbells with a wider and narrower grip. Adjustable load allows you to adapt the dumbbells to your training goal and current physical condition.
