The paddle recorder consists of two nets, each measuring 115 × 110 cm, in order to be able to practice different swings. For example, the lower net is ideal for strong smashes and shots like Vibora or Bandeja. The top net is ideal for strokes like the forehand or backhand. The target marking in the middle of both nets shows where the ball bounces best and is also good for practicing accuracy. The upper net of the trainer can be set to two different tensions in an instant. Higher net tension ensures that the ball bounces right back to you. If you want the ball to bounce off the ground first, change the tension of the net and practice returning the ball.
