Recommended dosage
Take 5 capsules per day depending on your body weight, physical activity and nutritional regime. Divide your daily dose into three parts and take in the morning, noon and evening. On the day of training then one dose about 30 minutes after the workout.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C, carefully sealed, protect from direct sunlight and from frost.
