In 100 g they contain 14 g of protein and 10 g of fibre, so they are also appreciated by athletes and fans of a healthy lifestyle. Preparation
Pour the mix into 2/3 of the bowl, top up the bowl with hot water or milk and stir. If the porridge is too thin for you, top up, if it is thick, top up. It tastes different to everyone.
