NutriWorks Beta-Alanine 200g

Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is a precursor of carnosine. During exercise, metabolites that cause muscle fatigue - such as hydrogen ions - accumulate in the muscles. Carnosine reduces their concentration and thus helps to delay exhaustion. Beta-alanine can thus be recommended for prolonged physical exercise - in weight training, endurance and other sports. (See Beta-alanine and its effect on athletic performance). It is a dietary supplement - instant 100% powder.
