Recommended Dosage
Drink according to personal thirst. Recommended dosage: Drink 150–200ml every 15 minutes. Instructions for preparation (1 serving): Mix 33g (approx. 1 1/2 scoops – included in the package) in 500ml of water. As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
