Recommended dosage
Drink according to personal thirst. Recommended dosage: Drink 150-200 ml every 15 minutes. Preparation instructions (1 serving): Mix 33 g (approx. 1 1/2 scoops - included) in 500 ml of water. As part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
