Protein Reflex Micellar Casein is a high quality instant protein with gradual absorption in the form of micelles. With a slow release of amino acids for up to six hours, Reflex Micellar Casein is the ideal source of nutrients to support muscle mass, growth and recovery.
Maximum purity and high protein content
Protein Reflex Micellar Casein contains 73 g of protein per 100 g, with 80% micellar casein and 20% whey protein. The production of fresh milk of European origin by ultrafiltration guarantees maximum purity and a high protein content of around 85%. A pack of Reflex Micellar Casein weighing 1800 g is enough for 54 servings.

Milk protein concentrate 95% (of which 80% micellar casein, 20% native whey protein), aroma, thickener cellulose gum, carotenes dye, sweetener acesulfame-K, potassium chloride flavour enhancer, sucralose sweetener, Bacillus Coagulans (Lactospore complex), anti-caking agent silica.
Preparation
Mix 33g (2 heaped 25ml scoops) in 400ml of water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. Take 1 serving at bedtime. You can also take a serving before a longer period of time (more than 3 hours) when you will not eat.
Recommended dosage
One dose is 33 g.
Storage
Store in a dry and cool place. Always screw the cap on tightly after opening and use and do not expose the product to moist air. Consume no later than three months after opening or by the expiry date.
