Dobrý den, chci se zeptat, zda je nastavitelný popruh, kam se zavěšují chodidla, tak aby se dal zmenšit a paty se hezky opíraly o madlo. Předem děkuji za odpověď.

How it works
Depending on the angle of the body, the intensity of the load increases or decreases. The advantage is the involvement of the internal (skeletal) muscles, which are important for the stability of the body in natural positions. The system is equipped with a metal carabiner for easy fastening and metal buckles for adjusting the length of the straps (from 145 to 248 cm). Comfortable grip is ensured by soft grips for hands and feet. Thanks to its compact packaging and light weight, you can take it with you wherever you go. The system was originally developed by the US Army, which uses it in its physical training. Since then, it has been a common part of sports preparations of top athletes and people with a healthy lifestyle.
