Preparation and dosing
Fill the bottle with 750 ml of water and add 4 scoops of powder. Seal and shake thoroughly. Drink 0.5 to 1 litre of the drink every hour, depending on your thirst and sweating. Drink in sips. Thanks to the hypotonic composition, the dosage can be increased (by 1-2 scoops) in case of very high energy consumption.
