Sponsor Recovery Shake můžete připravit s vodou či mlékem. It contains a number of vitamins, such as A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, as well as minerals, including calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium or potassium. It includes milk proteins, thanks to which 21-22 g of protein is hidden in 100 g.

Preparation and dosing
Add 300 ml of water or milk to the shaker and add 3 scoops (60 g) of powder to the shaker with water or 2 scoops (40 g) of powder to the shaker with milk. Shake well. Take within one hour of exercise. The recommended dosage is 1-2 cocktails a day.
