Cleanse the skin where you will be applying the cups. Press the top of the cup to expel the air and apply the cup to the application site. Wait a moment for the suction to begin lifting the tissue. When applying the cups, do not leave them in one place for too long to avoid bruising. When massaging, move the cup gently to prevent skin irritation.
