V popisu produktu i v odpovědi Vašeho kolegy je uvedeno, že tento model nabízí možnost odemykání pomocí integrované čtečky otisku prstu na vnější straně dveří. Podle dostupných oficiálních materiálů výrobce SwitchBot je však samotný Lock Ultra pouze vnitřní motorický modul, který žádnou čtečku otisku prstu neobsahuje. Biometrické odemykání je dle výrobce možné pouze prostřednictvím samostatného příslušenství (SwitchBot Keypad Touch / Vision), které není součástí tohoto balení.
