The Steelcraft TESCOMA pan is made of three-layer sandwich steel with a revolutionary non-stick coating. Thanks to the sandwich steel construction, SteelCRAFT pans distribute heat quickly and evenly to all parts of the pan. The unique non-stick surface with a raised stainless steel grid allows for intensive and even frying without burning. Thanks to the fine steel grid, the meat develops a perfectly crispy crust when fried, and the caramelised drippings are excellent for preparing sauces. SteelCRAFT non-stick pans are excellent for all common types of dishes prepared in pans, including perfectly cooked steaks. The non-stick surface of SteelCRAFT pans is resistant to metal kitchen utensils, and the pans are suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. Thanks to the all-metal design and waterproof stainless steel handle, you can also use SteelCRAFT pans for baking in the oven.
