The popular family game Ubongo is coming out in a brand new 3D edition. The challenge is to stack the three-dimensional pieces on top of each other to cover all the empty spaces on the card. For the correct solution you will be rewarded with gems, but beware, you have to make it through before all the sand in the clock is spilled. The player with the richest collection of gems wins. Up to 504 different tasks await you in Ubongo. You can test your logical thinking and spatial perception on your own or together with your family or friends.

The principle of the game
Each player receives a playing card with a task at the beginning of the game. The roll of the dice determines which assignment on the card the players will solve. Each player then takes the appropriate pieces from the centre of the table. A time-out is started and all players simultaneously try to cover the empty spaces on their 3D card with tiles as instructed, so that the area is completely covered by the tiles, up to a height of 2 floors. The player who completes the task before the time limit expires shouts "Ubongo!" and pulls one gem from the bag - the first two players get an extra gem each. The winner of the game is the player who has the most valuable collection of gems after 9 rounds.
Course of the round
Players take the top card of the deck in turn and place it face up in front of them with the easier assignment. All players now have only one task card in front of them (all with the same animal symbol). The youngest player rolls the dice. The number on the dice determines which assignment will be solved. The game is played in 9 rounds.
