The popular family board game Ubongo comes in a junior version Ubongo Junior and is designed for children as young as 5 years old. The children put the pieces with animals into shapes on the cards. Will the giraffe fit with the monkey? Hippo to chameleon? How to assemble a snake, ostrich, or buffalo? You need to make quick decisions, there are glittering coloured gems at stake and only those who place the animals correctly will be able to scoop up a palmful. The game contains 100 patterns, which guarantees long fun without frequent repetition of identical tasks. This game can be combined with the base game UBONGO - children and adults can play together.

How to play the board game Ubongo Junior
In Ubongo Junior, all players are trying to build a puzzle at the same time using coloured pieces. Small players can choose a simpler puzzle - from two pieces, or a harder one - from three. Each player prepares one of the tiles with the chosen difficulty (green or yellow) in front of them. The hourglass is turned over and all players try to place the pieces on the white surface of the board. The player who succeeds shouts "Ubongo" and takes the winning number of gems. Gems will be awarded to all players who manage to complete the task within the time limit. One gem is awarded to the player who shouts Ubongo last. The opponent who is ranked ahead of him gets one more gem and so on. Players then take new tiles and stack again. After seven rounds, a winner will be determined. This is the player who collects the most gems during the game.
