Insight, speed, imagination
Ubongo is a fun family game with colourful geometric shapes and sparkling diamonds. Ubongo requires players to have insight, speed and above all a great deal of imagination. Fast, exciting and simple. All players try to assemble the coloured pieces into their Ubongo card quickly enough to overtake their opponents. They can't wait for the next round to overcome the new challenge. The rules are simple, easy to understand for all enthusiastic players.
Apply your logical thinking
At the start, each player receives a playing card and 12 coloured pieces. One player rolls the dice and turns the hourglass. The symbol on the die determines which pieces must be used in a given round. The player chooses the pieces and tries to fill the empty spaces of his playing card with them as quickly as possible. The fastest one will shout: "Ubongo! " and for a reward, he can move his piece on the game board and take two gems at the same time. As long as time is running, the other players are still playing. The winner is the player who has the most gems of one colour at the end of the game. And poizor, it's not always the fastest one.

The second edition differs from the older version in new box design and number of components (higher number of cards with assignments), but the principle of the game and its rules remain the same.
