The TP-Link VIGI C430 is an indoor turret IP camera with a fixed lens, providing an image resolution of 2304×1296px at a frame rate of up to 25 frames per second. The camera uses Full-Colour technology for continuous colour imaging with a range of up to 30m, thanks to its infrared LEDs and white LED light. The device supports person and vehicle recognition, is equipped with a built-in microphone for recording sound within a radius of up to 4m, and can be powered via PoE or a 12V DC adapter. The 1/2.8" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor produces a sharp 3Mpx image. The fixed lens, with a focal length of 2.8mm, an F1.6 aperture, and a horizontal viewing angle of 107.5°, provides a wide field of view. The camera supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+, and H.264 compression formats, which reduce storage capacity requirements and network load while maintaining high image quality.

Hybrid night mode and smart detection
The camera uses Full-Colour technology with two infrared LEDs and two white LEDs. This combination enables both infrared night vision and continuous colour imaging with a range of up to 30m. The highly sensitive sensor can capture colour details in 0.005 lux lighting, while it works down to 0 lux when using IR or white light. Integrated artificial intelligence algorithms ensure accurate differentiation of people and vehicles from other objects, contributing to more precise event notifications. The system supports area intrusion detection, virtual line crossing, camera tampering detection, and abandoned or removed object detection. When an event is recorded, the camera can activate a flashing white light and send an instant push notification.
Audio monitoring and management
The built-in high-sensitivity microphone records sound from the surroundings of the monitored area. The camera can record events within a 4m radius of the device and supplements the video recording with an audio track. The audio is compressed using the G.711 alaw codec with an 8kHz sampling rate. Users have several ways to manage the camera system. The device can be managed through a web interface, the NVR network video recorder interface, the VIGI app, or the VIGI Security Manager tool. The camera also supports VIGI VMS, VIGI Cloud VMS, VIGI Config Tool, and VIGI PC Client for remote management and monitoring.
Connectivity and applications
Network connectivity is provided by a 10/100Mb/s RJ-45 ethernet port. The camera supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) according to the 802.3af/at standard or a 12V DC adapter. Support for the ONVIF Profile S/T interface facilitates integration into compatible surveillance systems. Device management is possible via the web interface, NVR interface, VIGI app, VIGI Security Manager, VIGI VMS, VIGI Cloud VMS, VIGI Config Tool, and VIGI PC Client.
