Unitree G1 Dex3-1 Robotic Hands
The Unitree Dex3-1 is a three-fingered force-controlled dexterous hand designed for the Unitree G1 humanoid platform. It combines hybrid force and position control, so it handles both sure gripping and delicate object handling for teleoperation, teaching and manipulation development. Tactile sensing (33 pressure sensors in total) is integrated in one hand to provide feedback on contact and facilitate grip tuning and data collection for embodied AI.
The offer is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs or educational institutions, for the purchase it is necessary to provide proof of ID number.

Dex3-1 is designed for use with the Unitree G1 humanoid robot
Gentle handling thanks to tactile feedback
The Unitree Dex3-1 Force-Controlled Three-Finger Hand works with contact pressure and provides detailed readings from sensors in the fingers. Sensing covers a perception range of 10 to 2500 g and the sensor design is rated for a maximum acceptance of 20 kg (without damage), which is practical for teaching contact, force control and a more stable grip during teleoperation.
Natural grip thanks to 7 DoF and joint ranges
The 3/2/2 DoF layout allows for human-like grip shaping. The hand has defined joint ranges (e.g. Thumb: joint 0 -60° to 60°, joint 1 -35° to 60°, joint 2 0 to 100°; index and middle fingers: joint 0 0° to 90°, joint 1 0° to 100°), so it can be mapped well to grip trajectories and repeatable scenarios.
Precision and fast steering response
Repeatable fingertip accuracy of ±2 mm supports repeatable operations. The 1000 Hz communication speed and USB 2.0 interface are suitable for real-time control and integration into development workflows. The Unitree Dex3-1 Force-Controlled Three-Finger arm returns not only joint status (position, speed, torque, temperature), but also pressure sensor readings and other telemetry.
Power supply and operating conditions
Dex3-1 operates in the range of 12-58 V (static current 58 V @ 0.2 A, max. current 10 A) and in temperatures from -20 to 60 °C. Under the defined load conditions (palm down / palm left, grasping a hard object Ø 5 cm), a maximum grasped object weight of 500 g and a maximum power of 400 W @ 3 s are specified.
