Velbon EX-440

The Velbon EX-440 is especially suited to working with CSC cameras (Olympus PEN, Sony NEX, Nikon V1, etc.), ultrazooms and classic compact cameras. The EX series replaces the popular CX lineup and brings a brand new square foot profile for greater stability and it is lighter for easier portability. Their more secure clamps and a lever head with a quick-release mechanism facilitate independent locking in all three axes.

The EX-440 stands out for its outstanding stability, the quality of the materials used, practical and fast height control and positioning and head locking separately in three axes. It is made of lightweight aluminium in combination with plastic components. The smooth and precise displacement of the centre rod is ensured by the handle and the toothed gear. The tripod is equipped with a spirit level and radial struts between the legs that increase its overall stability.
