Vilgain Zinc contains 100% zinc bisglycinate - a chelated form of zinc with high bioavailability. This absorbability is due to the chelate bond natural to the human body, which is further supported by the absence of any additives and 10 mg of elemental zinc in each vegan capsule.

Active ingredients
- Zinc Bisglycinate is a highly absorbable organic form of zinc. The chelate bond of zinc to 2 molecules of glycine is the natural form that we take in from normal food. Zinc in this form is protected from interactions with other dietary components that could limit its absorption, thus aiding optimal absorption of zinc in the digestive tract.

Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 capsules daily, preferably before sleep. Take zinc regularly every day, preferably with meals. It is not recommended to take it on an empty stomach, as taking zinc on an empty stomach can lead to nausea. When taking zinc and other dietary supplements at the same time, ensure that your total daily zinc intake does not exceed 25 mg per day.
