Recommended dosage

Mix 1-2 scoops with 250 ml of liquid and mix thoroughly. Take max. 2 scoops.

Mix 13-27 g (about 2-4 tablespoons) with 250 ml of liquid and mix thoroughly. Take max. 4 tablespoons.
