Podľa vašich predošlých odpovedí v poradni tvrdíte že hroty nie sú kompatibilné napríklad s CTL-472. ale produkt máte označený ako ACK-20001, čo má na stránke výrobcu ako prvý vypísaný kompatibilný model práve CTL-472. Je na omyle poradňa, popis alebo je odosielaný kompletne iný produkt než názov tvrdí?
