How to use the sharpener:
Place the heel of the blade vertically into the slot with the sharpening blades, then gently pull it through to the tip. Hold the sharpener by the handle with your other hand. Repeat pulling the blade through until the knife is sufficiently sharp. Clean the knife blade both before and after sharpening.
