Dobrý deň, poprosím vás o radu. Kupil som si a nainštaloval zabezpečovačku Xtendlan ids-cs118-kid. Vyskytli sa mi dva problémy. Prvý je ten, že mi neprichádzajú poplachové SMS, pri poplachu príde iba hovor napriek tomu, že som povolil pri poplachu aj hovor aj SMS. Druhý problém - pri inštalácii do aplikácie sa mi nainštalovala zabezpečovačka iba do jedného telefónu. Keď som dal inštalovať zabezpečovačku aj do druhého telefónu tak táto sa síce do druhého nainštalovala, ale z prvého telefónu zmizla. Nebude problém v tom, že som použil dve rozdielne aplikácie a to Tuya a Smart Life? Ďakujem za odpoveď. Miro.
