Zentiva B-Complex contains a complex of B vitamins. Vitamins B1, B2, and B6 are necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B2, B6, niacin, and pantothenic acid reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Zentiva B-Complex
A complex of B vitamins. Zentiva B-Complex is a food supplement containing vitamins B1, B2, B6, niacin, and pantothenic acid, which have a positive effect on energy metabolism. B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins. The product is suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age.

Filler (lactose monohydrate), niacin (nicotinamide), filler (corn starch), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), thickener (polyvinyl alcohol), anti-caking agent (talc), filler (gelatin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), anti-caking agent (calcium stearate), colour (calcium carbonate), colour (yellow iron oxide), anti-caking agent (colloidal silicon dioxide), emulsifier (soy lecithin), colour (black iron oxide), emulsifier (xanthan gum). Gluten-free. Allergen warning: contains milk, soy.
Recommended Dosage
Adults and children from 3 years of age take 1 tablet 1× daily.
Warning
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. This product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is sugar-free, gluten-free, and lactose-free.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of 10–25°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
