Knives from the Gourmet series are exceptional for many reasons. They are made of the finest stainless steel whose quality in the manufacture of each piece is controlled by a laser process. The blade and the section that extends into the handle are manufactured in one piece by Sigmaforge technologies, guaranteeing perfect geometry provided to each piece. The knife is then processes by FRIODUR technology, which is based on frost curing, making the steel harder, more durable, sharper and resistant to corrosion.
