Knives from the Gourmet series are exceptional for many reasons. They are made of the finest stainless steel whose quality in the manufacture of each knife is controlled by a laser. The blade and the part that extends into the handle are shot in one piece by Sigmaforge technologies guaranteeing perfect geometry of each piece. The knife is then processed with FRIODUR technology, which is based on frost curing, making the steel harder, more durable, the blades are longer, sharper and resistant to corrosion.
