Na oficiálních stránkách výrobce Zwilling je uvedena teplotní odolnost do 200 °C, zatímco na vašem webu uvádíte až 400 °C. Můžete prosím upřesnit, zda se tato hodnota 400 °C vztahuje pouze na samotnou nerezovou pánev, nebo i na skleněnou poklici? A jaký typ skla je u poklice použit (např. borosilikát)?
