The Zwilling PS professional knife is precision forged from one piece of steel using Sigmaforge technology for flawless geometry. In the final step, it is manually sharpened and the blade is checked by a laser.
The best knife properties are provided by a special blend of the finest steel with the optimal chromium and carbon ratio. The knife is also treated with Friodur's patented technology, which is an ice-hardening technique that makes the knife tougher, more durable and more resistant to corrosion.
The knife is guaranteed by Zdeněk Pohlreich's signature, which is engraved on the blade.
