Aroma Balance System
The Aroma Balance System ensures the optimal extraction of soluble components from the ground coffee. Aroma, fats, bitter substances, acids and minerals are extracted from the natural product using water and pressure. The system has 3 aroma profiles: dynamic, constant, and intense. Depending on the type of coffee and roast (light/medium/dark roast, Arabica/Robusta, with/without acidity), many options are available. This means you can achieve a variety of flavour profiles from a single type of coffee bean, ranging from fruity and tangy to nutty and slightly or noticeably bitter.
OneTouch Spumatore for Cappuccino at the Touch of a Button
The NIVONA NICR 759 is designed for lovers of both espresso and milky drinks, which are easy to prepare thanks to the ONE-TOUCH function – with a single press. The preparation of milky drinks such as cappuccino or latte macchiato is ensured by a self-priming frothing nozzle that can produce not only steam but also hot water. The nozzle is located directly in the head with the coffee spouts, so there is no need to move the glass or cup. Simply immerse the suction tube into a container of milk and select your drink on the display.
Colour TFT Display
The coffee machine is easy to operate. All communication is done via text and symbols on the colour TFT display and with two rotary buttons. The coffee machine allows you to set the grind coarseness in three steps, and thanks to its powerful pump, it can generate the 15 bar pressure necessary for proper coffee brewing, even making two cups at the same time. You can also adjust the height of the spout up to 140mm. Used coffee grounds are collected in a separate waste container. The overall operation of the model is very simple and intuitive, as is its cleaning. Most parts can be easily removed for even easier maintenance.
Integrated Bluetooth
Thanks to the Bluetooth connection, you can control the machine using your smartphone or tablet, view statistics or change beverage settings. Simply download the free Nivona App, pair the device with your fully automatic coffee machine, and remote control is ready.
