Automatic coffee machine with Aroma Balance system
The principle of the Aroma Balance system is to individually adjust the time and pressure that the brew passes through the ground coffee in a predefined wave. The Nivona CafeRomatica 825 thus guarantees optimal extraction, resulting in three different levels of coffee aroma. All while using one type of coffee bean and the same amount of coffee and water. With Aroma Balance technology you achieve the ideal balance and perfect taste. With the MY COFFEE function, you can save and set up recipes to make coffee the way you like it (up to 10 coffee recipes can be created).
Sufficient capacity for water and coffee beans
The water tank has a capacity of 1.8 litres, which is enough for several large cups of coffee, so refilling water won't be needed as often.
Nivona CafeRomatica 825 with Aromatica system
The Aromatica system, patented by Nivona itself, guarantees the perfect intense aroma of the coffee being prepared. The silent CafeRomatica conical grinder in hardened steel can grind coffee beans exactly to your liking. The ground coffee then goes in a measured batch into a chamber where it is compacted and roasted with hot water. By applying 15 bar pressure and enlarging the brewing chamber, the water and coffee get into a swirling motion, which allows for a stronger release of delicious aroma.
Practical self-priming filling nozzle
If you are a lover of milky drinks, the Nivona CafeRomatica 825 automatic coffee machine makes preparing them a breeze for everyone. Easily, for example. make latte macchiato with the self-priming foaming nozzle, which produces not only steam but also hot water. For a perfect milk froth, simply place the milk container under the nozzle and dip the suction tube into the container to start the frothing process.

The Nivona coffee maker has automatic cleaning, descaling and rinsing programmes and also allows you to remove the brewing unit, so you can rinse it very easily under running water.
