An affordable computer with an Intel Core i5 for small businesses
The HP ProDesk 2 G1i E combines an Intel Core i5-13500 processor, 8GB of DDR5 memory and a fast 512GB SSD in an affordable Tower design. The computer is designed to handle everyday business tasks and the demands of modern applications, and its scalable environment allows it to grow with your business. It also includes basic security features, so you can get by without unnecessary complications. The computer is supplied without an operating system, so you can install a system of your choice.
The Intel Core i5-13500 processor brings a noticeably higher performance to the HP ProDesk 2 G1i E compared to lower-end models in the series – 14 cores and 20 threads with a frequency boosted by Intel Turbo Boost technology to up to 4.8GHz handle more demanding multitasking, working with multiple applications at once, and everyday business tasks without a hitch. The 24MB L3 cache speeds up access to frequently used data and improves overall system responsiveness, even when running multiple applications simultaneously. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770 ensures the smooth display of multimedia content and graphic elements in common business applications. System responsiveness is handled by 8GB of 4800MHz DDR5 RAM, while the 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD provides almost instant system and program startup.
The HP ProDesk 2 G1i E offers an integrated Trusted Platform Module security chip, which provides hardware-based encryption keys to protect sensitive data, email communications and login credentials. A padlock slot and an integrated cable lock for accessories supplement the physical protection of your investment, allowing you to easily secure your computer and peripherals against theft. The absence of a pre-installed operating system also gives you a free hand in choosing the software solution and licence that best suits your company's needs or IT policy.
In terms of connectivity, the HP ProDesk 2 G1i E offers HDMI and DisplayPort ports for connecting external displays, three USB 3.2 ports for fast data transfer, and four USB 2.0 ports for standard peripherals, with some connectors located on the front of the case for easily connecting temporary devices. For future expansion, PCI Express x16 and x1 slots are available, as well as bays for additional 3.5" storage, so you can easily add more components as your needs and budget grow. The Tower case provides plenty of room for cooling and potential upgrades, while the design is also suitable for smaller businesses. The package includes a keyboard and mouse, so the computer is ready for immediate deployment right out of the box.

Hewlett-Packard was founded in the difficult times of the Great Depression. The founders were a pair of friends whose name the company still proudly bears. They started their business in an unobtrusive garage near the city of Palo Alto. It is now a national monument. HP’s success lay not in copying existing products, but in the ability and courage to come up with something new.
The first commercial triumph was an oscillator that surpassed all competition in quality, yet sold at a quarter of the price. In 1968, HP released their first desktop computer - a desktop calculator. The company currently manufactures products primarily related to computer technology - computers and laptops, printers, scanners, digital cameras, servers, and last but not least, calculators.
