AlzaCafé Single Origin Colombia is a 100% Arabica with a full body, gentle acidity and a complex flavour profile that combines notes of chocolate, nuts and flowers. The beans are certified as Colombia Supremo and originate from the high altitudes of Colombia, which provide the perfect conditions for developing their characteristic qualities. The coffee is best enjoyed as an espresso, but also works beautifully in your favourite milk-based coffee drinks. Roasted to a medium level in the Czech Republic, this process shortens the journey from the roaster to the customer, helping to preserve freshness, flavour and aroma.

The medium roast level highlights the natural character of the beans while developing a full-bodied flavour without overpowering the typical tasting notes.
Fresh down to the very last bean
We recommend opening the coffee just before preparation and carefully sealing the packaging after each use with the practical zip lock. The three-layer design protects the beans from air exposure, while the one-way valve allows the escape of carbon dioxide, which is naturally released from the coffee after roasting. To preserve flavour, aroma and freshness, store the coffee in a dry place with a constant temperature, away from the fridge or freezer, where it could absorb moisture and surrounding odours.
