The AlzaErgo Chair Delta 2 Mesh office chair offers a wide range of adjustments, so users with a height of approximately 155 to 195cm can find an ergonomic position. The extended height adjustment range is ensured by a durable Class 4 gas lift, which suits a wide range of body types. The chair is equipped with a synchronous mechanism that coordinates the tilt and height of the seat with the tilt of the backrest. This provides better back support, promotes ergonomic sitting and contributes to greater comfort throughout the working day.
The backrest offers a wide range of adjustment options to achieve optimal back support. The tilt can be adjusted from 105–140° and locked in four positions, so you can easily choose the ideal position for focused work and moments of rest. The backrest can also be height-adjusted in six levels with a total range of 5cm to provide support exactly where you need it. After extending it to the highest level, the mechanism automatically unlocks and the backrest returns to the lowest position. Its mesh design also promotes better air circulation and heat dissipation.
The seat and backrest of the AlzaErgo Chair Delta 2 Mesh are made of high-quality breathable mesh that promotes natural air circulation. This makes sitting in the chair more pleasant, especially on hot summer days. The depth of the seat can also be adjusted by 5cm, so you can easily adjust it to the length of your thighs and ensure their optimal support. A correctly adjusted seat promotes ergonomic sitting, helps to distribute the load more evenly and contributes to less fatigue during long periods of work.
In addition to classic rocking, the AlzaErgo Chair Delta 2 Mesh also offers lateral tilting of the seat – the seat can thus move gently from side to side and react naturally to changes in body position while sitting. As a result, the sitting position is not completely static and there are small micro-movements that are reminiscent of sitting on a balance ball. The lateral rocking promotes a more active way of sitting, greater engagement of the core muscles and helps to reduce the feeling of stiffness during prolonged work. The rocking range of ±6° represents an ideal compromise between comfort, stability and a sufficient range of motion.
At first glance, they look like ordinary armrests, but in fact they offer truly superior adjustment options. The magic armrests with which the AlzaErgo Chair Delta 2 Mesh is equipped allow for a 10cm height adjustment and a change of position by sliding them forwards or backwards. The armrests can also be rotated by up to 200°, while the upper support surface offers 360° rotation. The wide range of adjustment options makes it easier to find the optimal hand position and contributes to a more natural posture. Correctly adjusted armrests also contribute to a more natural shoulder position and greater comfort during prolonged sitting. If you are not using them, you can simply turn them backwards, where they are barely in the way.
The lumbar support allows you to adjust the level of support according to your individual preferences. You can adjust its height by moving the entire backrest, while the extension intensity can be regulated separately. Unlike conventional solutions, you are not limited to just a few fixed positions – the support can be locked in practically any setting within its range. Every user can therefore set the exact support that will suit them best.
Proper support for the head and cervical spine contributes to more comfortable and ergonomic sitting throughout the working day. That is why the 3D headrest offers height, depth and tilt angle adjustment, so you can easily adapt it to your body and preferred sitting position. On the back of the backrest, there is also a practical hanger for a jacket or coat. You will always have your clothes at hand without needing a separate hanger. The hanger is also removable, so you can take it off at any time or not install it on the chair at all.
The synchronous mechanism uses the Cable Control system, which transmits the control of individual functions (seat height, tilt lock, etc.) by means of cables. Thanks to this, the control levers under the seat offer smoother and more precise operation and contribute to a more pleasant overall control. The AlzaErgo Chair Delta 2 Mesh is equipped with 60mm PU castors that ensure quiet and smooth movement on carpets and common hard floors.
