Why is Super Omega-3 Fish Oil important?
Super Omega-3 Fish Oil provides an excellent source of the Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA – eicosapentaenoic acid and DHA – docosahexaenoic acid). EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Recommended Dosage
1–3 capsules daily. Best taken with or after a meal and with water. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.
