Apotheke Healthy Liver is crushed milk thistle fruit, suitable for direct consumption or as a nutritious enrichment for yoghurt, cottage cheese or smoothies. Milk thistle is known for its content of silymarin - a natural substance that supports the proper function of the liver and gallbladder, contributes to the cleansing of the body, good digestion and the natural immunity.
Liver support and overall vitality
Regular use helps protect cells from oxidative stress, supports normal cardiovascular function and maintains normal blood sugar levels.
Ingredients
Milk thistle - fruit (Fructus cardui Mariae).
Recommended dosage
2 teaspoons (about 8 g) 2 times a day. The dosage can be doubled at the beginning of the treatment.

Storage
Crushed milk thistle oxidises quite quickly, so it should be kept in a sealed container and air access to its contents should be restricted. Store in a dry dark place, carefully sealed.
