You can install the Arlo Essential 2K set of three security cameras in minutes for an effective security system that can capture detailed footage in 2K resolution. The IP cameras can capture colour night footage from up to 7m away using the built-in spotlight. You'll be notified immediately when motion is detected and, if you wish, you can communicate in real time with the person on the other side. Arlo IP cameras are equipped with a built-in speaker and microphone. The cameras can deter uninvited guests with a motion-activated spotlight and a loud siren. Arlo Essential IP cameras connect to the internet via your Wi-Fi network. You can optionally purchase an Arlo Secure subscription to save video recordings to the cloud with the option to play them back in the app. In addition to the three cameras, the package also includes three solar panels to continuously power the cameras with clean solar energy.

You will receive a solar panel for each of the IP cameras. This means you won't have to monitor the battery status of the Arlo Essential Gen. 2 cameras and can power them continuously using solar energy. The panels have a robust design that is resistant to adverse weather conditions and temperature fluctuations. The elegant white finish complements the design of the Arlo Essential cameras themselves.

Arlo Essential IP cameras record detailed video footage in 2K resolution, allowing you to see an image full of detail. The fixed lens provides a wide 130° field of view, offering coverage of a large area of your house, property and driveway.

This can also serve to deter uninvited guests. The set of 2 cameras will ensure coverage of a larger area of your home and adjacent property.
Arlo Essential Cameras Can Deter Uninvited Guests
As soon as the Arlo Essential IP cameras detect motion, you will receive a notification on your smartphone. You can then immediately see the intruder and take action. The IP cameras are equipped with an intelligent 80dB siren that can be heard up to 30 metres away. This siren can be activated automatically as soon as the camera detects motion.
Adjustable Privacy
Security is key, but privacy must also be respected. That's why Arlo has made it possible to set privacy zones for the cameras. Arlo Essential cameras will not record in these designated areas. Typically, these are neighbours' front gardens, public paths and the like.
