Efficient power and cooling

The board is equipped with a chipset heatsink and comprehensive cooling controls that can be configured via Fan Xpert software or through the UEFI BIOS. Each header can dynamically reference three thermal sensors, and Fan Xpert lets you map the temperature of supported ASUS graphics cards to optimise cooling for GPU and CPU-intensive tasks.
Personalisation
The Q-LED Core diagnostic display creates light patterns from the power LED during the POST test, which can help users troubleshoot potential problems with undetected DRAM, VGA, boot devices or installation completion. The Armoury Crate software provides centralised control of supported products from a single intuitive interface, including keyboard and mouse preferences. A single RGB header enables the connection of RGB lighting and its synchronisation with compatible hardware.
