The rear panel includes two classic gigabit ethernet ports and two fast 2.5-gigabit ethernet ports. When using the link aggregation function, the total transfer speed reaches up to 5Gb/s, which speeds up data access for all connected users. The device offers one expansion slot, which allows you to install an additional 10GbE card or a SAS card for a further performance boost.
Redundant power supply
The manufacturer has designed this device for continuous 24/7 operation, and it has undergone rigorous testing in demanding conditions. The storage fully supports VMware, Citrix and Hyper-V virtualisation environments, which makes integration into existing corporate IT infrastructure easier. iSCSI, IP-SAN and NFS protocols enable efficient storage space allocation for virtual machines and containers in Docker. Users have access to comprehensive backup tools in the Cloud Backup Center and DataSync Center applications, which connect local data with public cloud services. Data protection and encryption
The ADM operating system offers robust protection against cyber threats and ransomware thanks to the integrated ADM Defender firewall and ClamAV antivirus program. The Btrfs file system allows you to create up to 256 volume snapshots, from which data can be restored in case of damage or accidental deletion. Transfer security is enhanced by support for hybrid encryption with PQC TLS post-quantum cryptography, which protects stored information from future decryption threats. Data access can be controlled in detail by configuring Windows ACL permissions and two-factor authentication for user accounts.
Surveillance system
The device also serves as a network video recorder for surveillance systems with a capacity of up to 64 connected cameras. Managing the camera system is made easy by a mobile app that sends notifications to your mobile phone when motion is detected. Users can watch live streams and historical recordings directly through a web browser or app from any location with an internet connection.
