Asustor Lockerstor 8-AS6508T eight-bay smart data storage

High-quality disk storage is an essential piece of standard equipment for businesses of any size. We present the Asustor Lockerstor 8-AS6508T NAS server, which excels not only in its control interface, but especially in its performance. It comes with two LAN ports with 10GbE support and another two 2.5GbE ports as standard.

Stunning speed

Need maximum performance to store many TB of data? Use both 10GbE LAN ports to achieve speeds of up to 20GbE. Of course, this requires a compatible switch and high-quality cabling. Sequential read and write speeds then reach 2348MB/s and 1040MB/s respectively.

Capacity up to 256TB with an expansion unit

The maximum gross internal capacity is 128TB. However, if you need even more, simply purchase an expansion unit to get an additional 128TB.

24/7 reliability

The Lockerstor model series is designed for 24/7 operation. This is made possible by the optimally designed cooling of its internal components. Despite its high performance, the storage is energy-efficient, with power consumption reaching only 66W under load.

CCTV system

Along with the storage, you also get 4 free camera licences. Compatibility is guaranteed with up to 700 different IP camera models.

Comprehensive backup

After a quick setup, the Asustor NAS provides a complete backup of important data from your computers and laptops. It also connects to cloud services including Amazon S3, ASUS WebStorage, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and many more.

Access your data from anywhere

The manufacturer provides a range of applications for the NAS, giving you access to your storage even when you're on holiday abroad.

Expansion features

The potential of the disk storage is enhanced by its own Asustor Data Master (ADM) operating system. In App Central, you have several ways to find your favourite app. You can search for apps by keyword or browse by category, popularity, recommendations and other filters. With multi-language support, you can search for apps in English.

Protection against ransomware

The Asustor NAS device can protect you from ransomware attacks. With Snapshot Center and Btrfs, it provides effective snapshots for easy recovery of lost data.
