Dietary supplement for easy falling asleep. A combination of melatonin and 12 active ingredients with unique properties that allow them to interact and support healthy sleep hygiene. Supplemented with selected herbs and other active vitamins, in plant-based vegan capsules. The amino acid L-tryptophan completes the complex composition. Plant extracts from valerian, hops, lemon balm, martyrs, lavender, Green tea leaves with L-theanine and B vitamins induce a feeling of relaxation, calm the mind and promote natural and healthy sleep.

Recommended dosage
Adults take 1 capsule 1/2 hour to 1 hour before bedtime. The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down with sufficient water. Also suitable for vegans. Take only before your expected bedtime as it may cause drowsiness.

Storage
