It also prevents redness because it regulates the factor responsible for the expansion of blood vessels in a biological way. Sensibio H2O Micellar Water is the first and only dermatological micellar water perfectly compatible with the skin: The fatty acid esters, the building blocks of its micelles, resemble phospholipids in skin cell membranes and naturally help restore the skin's hydrolipidic film.
