Blendea Essential iodine
Iodine is an essential trace element that the body needs to produce thyroid hormones. Blendea Jód contains kelp seaweed extract (Laminaria japonica), which is one of the richest natural sources of iodine. Compared to synthetic potassium iodide, it is absorbed much better because of its organic form, which the body uses more efficiently.
Who are iodine capsules suitable for?
- For vegans, vegetarians, and anyone who does not eat fish or seafood, or eats very little of them. Because fish and seafood are the main natural sources of iodine, those following alternative diets are often deficient.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning with food. Wash down with plenty of water.
