Milk thistle contributes to normal liver function. The beneficial substance is the multicomponent compound silymarin, which belongs to antioxidants with detoxifying effects. Milk thistle is known in the Czech Republic as silver thistle. It contributes to the normal functioning of the heart and sea buckthorn berries to the healthy function of the cardiovascular system. Sea buckthorn contains a high amount of vitamin C (200 times more than lemon), which helps maintain a strong immune system. Milk thistle together with sea buckthorn maintains healthy digestion and cleanses the body. Your digestion will remain active and you will feel lighter.

Active ingredients
- Silver thistle or silver thistle grows commonly in the Czech Republic. I'm sure you know it as the common thistle. It has a deep purple flower. Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) has very beneficial effects on the human body. It supports healthy liver function, contributes to normal digestion, facilitates cleansing and, last but not least, maintains normal heart function.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily. Wash down with plenty of water.
