Citi Mini Freezer 300: a compact freezer for any space
Thanks to its size, you can place the CANDY Citi Mini Freezer 300 CNUQ2L38EW almost anywhere to get extra space for frozen food. It’s suitable as an addition to a fridge in the kitchen or as a standalone freezer for a smaller household. A nice bonus is its Italian design, which doesn’t look out of place even in an open-plan space. And because the Low Frost technology reduces ice build-up, it also simplifies cleaning the interior.
Lowest safe operating ambient temperature for the freezer
The freezer is designed to operate reliably even in colder rooms with an ambient temperature as low as -15°C. This allows you to place it in a cellar, garage or other unheated room, saving space where every centimetre counts in your home. In short, you can put it exactly where you need it.
Minimal ice build-up
The Low Frost technology uses a cooling circuit hidden in the walls, which limits ice build-up. The cold air is also distributed evenly, so the cooling works more efficiently. In practice, this means less maintenance – manual defrosting is usually only needed about once a year, and the drawers are designed for easy cleaning.
Mechanical temperature control
You can easily set the temperature using the mechanical control located at the back of the CANDY Citi Mini Freezer 300 CNUQ2L38EW, near the compressor. This lets you quickly adjust the freezing intensity according to the current quantity and type of food stored.
Manual defrosting
Defrosting is manual, but thanks to the Low Frost feature, you won't be doing it often—typically, about once a year is enough. Before defrosting, unplug the freezer, remove the food and drawers, and let the ice melt naturally. Then, wipe up the water with a dry, soft cloth. If you want to speed up the process, you can carefully use an ice scraper or a special defrosting spray and temporarily store the food in a cool place.
Right or left
The reversible door makes it easier to place the freezer in your specific space. If the factory opening direction doesn't suit you, the hinges can be easily moved to the other side. This helps the CANDY Citi Mini Freezer 300 CNUQ2L38EW adapt better to your kitchen, an alcove, or a small pantry.
Overview and food preservation quality
Inside, you'll find 3 transparent drawers that give you a clear view of your supplies and make it easy to stay organised. You can neatly divide your food—from meat, poultry and fish to vegetables and chips, to ice cream, fruit or baked goods. Each section has its own space, so things won't get mixed up and you'll quickly find what you're looking for.
The CANDY Citi Mini Freezer 300 CNUQ2L38EW is always stable and level
Two adjustable feet allow you to level the freezer stably, even on an uneven floor. Turning them clockwise raises the appliance, while turning them anti-clockwise lowers it. This makes it easy to adjust both the right and left feet so that the freezer stands straight and firm.
