CeraVe Anti-Imperfection Gel is a hydrating daily anti-acne treatment with 2% salicylic acid, which counteracts imperfections and helps prevent the formation of new pimples. It also provides gentle skin exfoliation thanks to its alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids (AHA and BHA), which help improve the appearance of pores, along with soothing niacinamide and skin barrier-strengthening ceramides.

Salicylic acid is an active ingredient that beneficially counteracts the appearance of new pimples and helps to gently exfoliate the skin and minimize the appearance of pores. An oil-free acne gel with alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids (AHAs and BHAs) can help skin look smooth and radiant without compromising the skin's natural protective barrier or drying out the skin. This gentle but effective exfoliating formula eliminates acne, helps prevent the formation of new acne spots, minimizes the appearance of pores, and improves skin texture for smoother-looking skin.

Use:

Cleanse your skin thoroughly before applying this product. Recommended to use in the evening. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer once to three times a day. Since excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application per day, then gradually increase to two to three times per day if necessary or follow your doctor's instructions. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or apply daily. Warning about sunburn: This product contains alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), which can increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun and especially the possibility of sunburn. Therefore, wear sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
